Job Description
As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent in computer science and software development.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and skill sets for open positions.
- Sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
- Conducting technical interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet our high standards.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and developments to stay competitive in the recruitment landscape.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role within the technology industry.
- In-depth knowledge of software development processes, programming languages, and technical skills relevant to the role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Knowledgeable on popular and wide-range technology stacks.
- Excellent communication skills.
