Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Specialist at Kamayi. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for providing support to the sales department with customer account management, order processing, and sales operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be capable of providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sales Operations knowledge and experience
- Experience using CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in customer support or sales support is a plus
