Job Description
The Product Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Own the full lifecycle of product development for assigned features, from discovery to complete feature definition including problems being solved, benefits, use cases and workflows, UI/UX design instruction, technical product requirements documents (PRDs) creation and review, and defining go-to-market plans and leading the execution on them for successful customer adoption and follow through.
- Drive the execution of all processes in the product life cycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements, maintaining backlog and roadmap development, and product launch.
- Work closely with software development and quality engineers to review product requirements, create and review technical specifications, refine estimates, and to review deliverables to ensure we successfully provide the highest quality product that meets customers’ needs and expectations and support our business goals.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototypes (figma) & final development by engineering.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that improve customer experience, and drive growth.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
- Work closely with engineering team to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
- Drive product launches including working with marketing team, executives, and other stakeholders.
- Continuously contribute to improving our Product team operational practices and leverage tools for improved productivity.
