Role Description
Zameen.com is looking for a Jr HRBP to join its team in Multan. This is a full-time on-site role that will be responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department regarding employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sr. Manager HR.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or closely related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Stakeholder management
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
