Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Planning, forecasting inventories, and analyzing performance
- Managing costs while maintaining quality and lead time
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers and customers
- Managing warehousing, handling, and distribution
- Selecting carriers, negotiating contracts and rates, and managing freight expenses
- Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries
- Supervising logistics and transportation
- Regular meetings with salespeople and vendors
- Responding to any issues or complaints
- Ensuring compliance with laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements
- Establishing bank contracts/LCs
- Improving overall supply chain performance and seeking innovations
- Managing and motivating the team
- Handling monthly production/procurements/supply chain management
- Planning production/inventory based on sales forecasting
Specifications:
- MBA in Supply Chain Management, preferred with international certification CSCP or CISCOM
- Strong decision-making, team handling, pressure handling, and time management skills
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
