Role Description
As a Senior Service Delivery Manager, the role will require managing and leading the service delivery teams to ensure the successful delivery of services to customers. This role is a full-time on-site role located in Multan and will be responsible for managing the service desk team, service delivery operations, customer service and satisfaction, performance metrics management, continuous service improvement, and identifying new service opportunities to increase revenue.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Experience in IT Service Management, ITIL, and project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2)
- Experience in managing service delivery teams, customer service and satisfaction, and performance metrics management
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and mitigate risks
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and partners
- Experience in IT outsourcing, managed services or similar IT service delivery models is a plus
- Experience working with a diverse team and in a multicultural environment is a plus
- Certifications in IT service management, project management, or related fields are preferred
