Job Description
Key Purpose:
ALGO is seeking a Manager Real Estate to oversee the real estate portfolio and drive the company’s real estate strategy. The Manager Real Estate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring suitable properties, negotiating lease agreements, and managing relationships with property owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company’s real estate strategy to support business objectives and growth plans
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties for acquisition or lease
- Negotiate lease agreements and contracts with property owners
- Manage lease renewals, rent negotiations, and other lease-related activities
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as finance, legal, and operations, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze real estate market trends and property values
- Manage relationships with property owners and handle any issues or concerns
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of all real estate transactions
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in real estate management, with a focus on commercial properties
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
- In-depth understanding of lease negotiations and contract management
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
