Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior B2B Sales/ Call Center Specialist to join our team on a night shift basis. As a Senior B2B Sales/ Call Center Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service to our business clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and understanding their business needs. You will be actively involved in the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
Key qualifications for this position include a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a must, as you will be handling complex sales negotiations and building relationships with high-level stakeholders.
Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of call center operations and experience in managing a team of call center agents. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
