Job Description
We are looking for a career-oriented, passionate, and hardworking Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Symbiosis Technologies in Karachi. The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational abilities. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support, training, and assistance for technical issues related to our products, ensuring a professional and positive user experience.
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Provide support and troubleshoot software via telephone, email, or in-person visits.
- Document, track, and monitor calls and problems to ensure timely resolution.
- Create and monitor tickets to effectively manage service requests.
- Collaborate with the team to discuss and solve problems.
- Support and troubleshoot customers’ proprietary software and hardware issues via various communication channels.
- Utilize ticketing system to open, prioritize, update, and close tickets with accurate documentation.
- Identify and escalate key support and product issues to the team lead.
- Handle after-hours inquiries as required.
- Achieve 80%+ positive customer satisfaction rating on closed support tickets.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
