Next Level HR is immediately hiring for the position of Plant Manager on behalf of a leading and prestigious Auto Parts manufacturing business. The role will be based at Bin Qasim – Karachi.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee manufacturing and production processes
- Ensure production goals, quality standards, and operational efficiency are met
- Manage staff, implement safety protocols, and collaborate with various departments
- Develop and implement production schedules
- Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and minimize downtime
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics
- Implement and enforce quality control measures
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team
- Recruit, train, and supervise plant staff
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Implement and enforce safety protocols
- Develop and manage the plant budget
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Stay updated on changes in regulations affecting the industry
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- At least 8-10 years of experience in plant management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
