Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in expanding our client base. As a key front-facing representative of the company, you will demonstrate an unwavering commitment to crafting and implementing effective sales strategies. The primary objective is to foster sustainable financial growth through increased sales and the establishment of robust client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy emphasizing both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and understand evolving customer needs.
- Arrange and conduct business meetings with potential clients.
- Effectively promote the company’s products/services, addressing and anticipating client objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts, ensuring adherence to established legal rules and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices.
- Provide reliable feedback and offer after-sales support.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Mentor and develop entry-level staff into valuable sales contributors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Officer, Sales Executive, or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated track record of successful sales.
- Customer support experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong proficiency in English.
- In-depth market knowledge.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Effective time management and planning skills.
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
