Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Documentation Specialist. If you have a passion for project management, experience with tools like Jira, expertise in API testing, and excellent coordination skills, we want to hear from you.
Project Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project-related information and ensure accurate documentation.
Tool Management:
- Utilize Jira and other project management tools to track tasks, issues, and project milestones.
- Administer Jira projects, ensuring accurate data entry and regular updates.
API Testing:
- Conduct thorough API testing to ensure the functionality, reliability, and performance of software applications.
- Document test cases, execute tests, and collaborate with the development team to address and resolve issues.
Team Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between different teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Schedule and lead regular team meetings to discuss project status, challenges, and upcoming tasks.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to enhance the overall quality of project deliverables.
- Collaborate with development and testing teams to address and resolve quality-related issues.
