Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist with network administration tasks, including user account creation, device configuration, and basic server maintenance.
Perform basic troubleshooting for network and IT-related issues under the guidance of senior team members.
Learn and document network operating systems (Windows, Linux) and network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
Assist with data backups and disaster recovery procedures.
Conduct research and gather information on new technologies and trends in the IT and networking field.
Prepare reports and presentations on assigned tasks and findings.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude, demonstrating willingness to learn and contribute.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, IT)
