Job Description
As a product experience associate, you will work in a customer-focused team to map the customer journey and improve experience at every touchpoint. The job involves working collaboratively with product, marketing, commercials, operations, and growth to ensure the voice of the customer is at the heart of all decision-making.
· Create policies and processes to improve the customer journey
· Define and improve policies and processes to improve CX
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the voice of customer is prioritized for all decision-making
· Set KPIs to measure experience and launch initiatives to improve the quality of service
· Work closely with our product team to identify avenues for improvement
· Lead work streams for customer research and insights
What You’ll Need:
· Bachelor’s degree
· 1-2 years of experience in a relevant role/industry
· Proficiency in Ms Excel and SQL
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
· Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with data analysis
