Job Description
Are you passionate about ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality? We have an exciting opportunity for a Food Safety and Quality Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining food safety and quality systems, conducting inspections, and implementing corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular inspections of food production areas and equipment to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Collect and analyze samples to test for contamination and quality control.
- Develop and implement food safety and quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide training to staff on food safety and quality standards and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to food safety and quality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control procedures.
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
