Job Description
The Human Resources Officer is responsible for overseeing the human resources department and ensuring effective management of all human resources activities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified employees
- Managing employee benefits and compensation programs
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Handling employee relations and resolving conflicts
- Conducting training and development programs
- Maintaining employee records and HR systems
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a thorough understanding of HR best practices. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
