Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving growth in the company’s solar solutions business. The Sales Manager will report directly to the Managing Director and will be based in Lahore District. The candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in the solar industry.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing sales teams
- Experience in the solar/renewable energy industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Knowledge of solar technology and engineering concepts
- Experience in business development and strategic planning
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include a Master’s degree in the aforementioned fields, additional experience in marketing and advertising, strong leadership and organizational skills, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
