Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Salesperson who will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchase decisions, managing inventory, maintaining the store’s appearance, and processing transactions. The Retail Salesperson will also be responsible for greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Product Knowledge and Retail Sales skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales skills and ability to meet sales targets
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Fluent in English and Urdu
- Experience in the textile or fashion industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus
