Job Description
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Requirement Analysis to develop comprehensive features and products in an agile environment.
- Must have wireframing and hands-on experience.
- Manage product backlog flawlessly with feature prioritization capabilities.
- Work under Product Owners to achieve business objectives within their operational area or domain.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills to gain consensus among stakeholders for product development.
- Continuously improve processes and solutions within the product domain.
- Generate creative solutions focusing on cost, usability, and quality.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Management, Physiology, or a similar discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a Business Analysis role with expertise in end-to-end requirements management.
- Passionate about understanding the product landscape with a strong interest in user experience, solution design, and design thinking.
