Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Manager to join our team at Colaraz. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our Ed Tech and HR Tech products. Your responsibilities include conducting thorough market research, leading product development, championing user-centric design, optimizing product performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 2 years of experience in software quality assurance
- Track record of successfully managing SaaS-based products is desirable
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
- Passion for innovation, technology, and education
