Job Description
We are seeking a talented Frontend Next.js Developer for our client, Devsy FZC. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using Next.js, a popular React framework, to deliver responsive, high-performance, and user-friendly web experiences. You’ll work closely with our design and backend teams to create exceptional web solutions that meet our clients’ needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js
- Collaborate with the design team to implement pixel-perfect user interfaces
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Implement responsive design principles to create a seamless user experience on various devices
- Work closely with the backend development team to integrate APIs and data sources
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code
- Stay up to date with the latest web development trends and best practices
- Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise
- Continuously improve the performance and efficiency of the applications
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Frontend Developer with a focus on Next.js
- Proficiency in JavaScript and React.js
- Strong understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
- Experience with server-side rendering and static site generation using Next.js
- Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux or MobX and tailwind CSS
- Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Understanding of front-end build tools and bundlers such as Webpack
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is a plus
