Job Description
The sourcer is responsible for supporting the staff augmentation team in all steps associated with sourcing and delivering qualified candidates for Integriti Group Clients.
Responsibilities:
- Seek alternate sourcing strategies and tools when current tools’ effectiveness changes.
- Source for technical positions in the US and CAD market.
- Responsible for maintaining candidate records using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or other related recruiting software.
- Develop and maintain an active pipeline of candidates to meet short- and long-term hiring needs of the clients.
- Coordinate applicants, conduct job interviews, and prepare for internal recruitment steps.
- Conduct appropriate pre-screening including technical questionnaires.
Requirements:
- Experience with Technical roles (IT/Software) experience (International or Local).
- Work Experience: 6 months – 2 years.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and different ATS.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Time Management Skills.
- Native to strong command of the English Language (verbal and written).
- Self-Learner: Ability to learn from video tutorials and internet research.
- Self-motivated and can work autonomously.
- The applicant must be able to set up daily and weekly plans and prioritize effectively as this position involves working on multiple positions simultaneously.
Office Timings: 6PM – 2AM (last 2 hours remote)
Monday to Thursday onsite
Friday – WFH
Office location: DHA Phase 4, Lahore
