Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel Litigation to join our team at our headquarters.
As a Legal Counsel Litigation, you will be responsible for handling and representing the company in legal disputes, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies, and managing litigation strategy. This role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong knowledge of litigation procedures and laws.
Key responsibilities:
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, including trials, hearings, and settlement negotiations
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases and advise management
- Draft and review legal documents, such as contracts and pleadings
- Create and implement legal strategies to minimize risks and achieve favorable outcomes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as other legal counsels and department heads, to provide legal advice and guidance
