Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, and training and development. The HR Manager will also oversee compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HR best practices, laws, and regulations
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR) is a plus
