Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations and ensuring compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and supervising the finance team, including providing guidance and support
- Developing financial strategies and plans to improve the company’s financial performance
- Monitoring financial activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Collaborating with other departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize financial operations
- Providing financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of financial management systems and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
