Job Description
The following will report to the Manager Training & Development and will be responsible for the enablement of our highly skilled sales agents. Their responsibilities include conducting skills gap analyses, preparing learning material, and evaluating results after each training session.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily training activities including scheduling, training tools readiness, and classroom preparation for the new hires and the existing workforce.
- Evaluate the performance of the new hires.
- Deploy effective training materials utilizing a variety of mixed media including e-learning, live presentations, and videos.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Support teams to address the learning challenges and new training needs regarding specific individuals and teams.
- Track the performance of the trainees using scorecards.
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, and annual performance reviews.
- Integrate QA feedback for integration into New Hire & Ongoing training.
