Pakistan Poultry Association has recognised our Company on a national level in October 2016 as the Most Progressive Farm of Pakistan.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Poultry Farm Manager located in Lodhran District. The Poultry Farm Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the farm, including managing staff, ensuring the proper care of the birds, maintaining inventory, and overseeing production. The Poultry Farm Manager will also be responsible for ensuring the farm operates in compliance with government regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, animal science or a related field
- Experience in poultry management or related field
- Strong understanding of poultry health, nutrition, and welfare
- Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to manage a team
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff, vendors, and customers
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Understanding of federal and state regulations related to poultry farming
- Experience using agricultural equipment
- Basic computer skills
