Job Description
Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel domain.
Need someone who can start soon.
Brief role:
- Understanding customer requirements.
- Must be an expert in GDS (Sabre, Galileo), Hotel Bookings, Travel Insurance, and Tour Packages.
- Explaining holiday packages to customers.
- Ability to sell domestic and international tickets over phone and email.
- Converting genuine leads into business.
- Handling clients and providing customer support.
- Must be aware of the travel requirements and restrictions.
- Understanding client’s package requirements.
- Presenting, convincing, and selling tour packages to clients.
- Follow-up with clients.
