Job Description
Digital Auxilius Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Technology Officer with expertise in MERN, PHP, Flutter, React, Node, and other relevant technologies to join our innovative team. As a key contributor, this position will play a crucial role in software development, team management, and client engagement.
Experience: 5-10 years in software development, team management, and client engagement
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute technology strategy aligning with overall business goals.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing technical team.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and continuous team training.
- Drive planning and execution of software development projects.
- Act as the primary technical liaison with clients, understanding and providing solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Implement and oversee robust software quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with the security team for cybersecurity measures.
- Manage the technology budget for optimal resource allocation.
- Work closely with other departments to integrate technology solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5-10 years) as a software developer, with a track record of successful team and client management, in a core software setup.
- Strong understanding of MERN, PHP, Flutter, and other relevant technologies.
- Previous experience in a CTO or senior technical leadership role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Project management certification (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) is a plus.
