Job Description
• Analysis of business requirements and objectives and working to meet those objectives.
• Assess organization’s needs for software training and implementation services.
• Application configuration, implementation, and data conversion of all business data streams within existing system/software.
• Train users in application use and configuration.
• Assist in application testing and rollout of software’s and IT developments.
• Recommend business process improvements within the organization and Analyze and specify application enhancements.
• Meet minimum monthly utilization percentage.
• Drive and monitor overall program of IT projects and system developments.
• Training and coaching of all relevant departments within organization with functionality of existing system and all the changes which happens.
