Job Description
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Qualification: CFA (Part) / ACCA / CA (Inter) / CMA
Location: Islamabad
Key Requirements:
- Experienced finance personnel with sound investment and financial analysis knowledge.
- Mandatory proven experience of Financial Modelling, Investment analysis, Business reporting and Planning.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Team player with positive energy.
- Analytics skills.
- Multi-tasking skills.
- Management of multiple project timelines.
Good to Have:
- Experience in Financial Modelling and coordination with banks will be a plus.
- Preferably articles completed in consultancy department from one of the big four audit firms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and ensure robust evaluation of capital investment plans and requests
- Prepare Financial Models for the projects and ensure accurate tracking
- Coordinate the calculation of the annual cashflow estimate and forecast of cost and revenues
- Be responsible for providing the market inputs timely and accurately. Ensure the data basis for costing processes are correct
- Coordinate financial business planning and strategic planning process and provide to management full transparency on forecasts, gaps, risks and opportunities
- Ensure full transparency and visibility around costs, KPIs and investments related to the projects through relevant analysis and reporting
- Organize internal and external benchmarking of performance
- Prepare annual budgets and forecast for all the group of companies
