Job Description
Are you a natural leader with experience in the manufacturing industry? We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Lead Manufacturing. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that all targets are met.
As the Team Lead Manufacturing, your main responsibilities will include coordinating and scheduling work assignments, monitoring production levels, and implementing quality control measures. You will also be responsible for training new team members and providing ongoing guidance and support to ensure that all team members are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
