Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant, MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning). As the Assistant, MEAL, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation of our MEAL framework to ensure effective program delivery and accountability.
Your main responsibilities will include assisting in data collection and analysis, conducting field visits for monitoring and evaluation purposes, assisting in project documentation, and facilitating learning sessions with project staff. You will also support MEAL activities by maintaining data systems, developing survey tools, and preparing reports.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team. Experience with MEAL activities in humanitarian or development projects is highly desirable.
