Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role of Branch Operations Manager located in Sialkot, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch. The Branch Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, sales growth, customer satisfaction, and staff management. The role requires frequent interactions with customers, staff, and other departments and may require occasional travel.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in retail banking operations and sales management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service skills and experience in handling customer complaints and feedback
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field
Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in branch operations and sales management, is preferred. A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field will be an added advantage.
