Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a TikTok Shop & Shopify Store Manager. As the manager of our TikTok Shop and Shopify store, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, promoting our products, and maximizing sales through these platforms.
You will be in charge of creating and managing product listings, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Additionally, you will need to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and features on TikTok and Shopify to optimize our store’s performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage product listings on TikTok Shop and Shopify store.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Ensure accurate and appealing product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Promote our products through engaging TikTok videos and content.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews.
- Analyze and interpret sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, exceptional communication skills, and a creative mindset. Experience with TikTok and Shopify is highly preferred.
