Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Lahore for the Head of Business Operations. The Head of Business Operations will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, analyzing data, creating business plans, and managing finances. The individual will also be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process and ensuring client satisfaction with Kamayi’s services.
Qualifications
- Business Operations and Operations Management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Business Planning skills
- Finance and budget management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing a team of at least 10-15, and making critical operational decisions
- Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus

Experience: At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar industry

Hiring Process:
- Initial call screening
