Job Description
eGeeks Global (Pvt) Limited is urgently seeking a skilled Qualitative and Quantitative Research Analyst to join our team.
Overall Review:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting quantitative and qualitative research, designing research projects, and analyzing data using appropriate tools.
Responsibilities:
- Detailed analysis of quantitative and qualitative methods
- Interpretation of theories to create Theoretical & Conceptual Frameworks
- Data analysis in qualitative & quantitative research domains
- Writing high-quality 200-word reports within specified timelines
Requirements:
- MS/MPhil in any domain, including Social Sciences or Management Sciences, with extensive knowledge of research methodologies and statistical tools
- Proficiency in statistical data analysis software such as SPSS, STATA, and qualitative software like N-Vivo
- Ability to analyze qualitative data including conducting interviews and thematic analysis
- 2 to 3 years of experience in analyzing complex datasets and academic writing
- Hands-on experience in creating accurate Quantitative Questionnaires
- Expertise in interpreting advanced Quantitative Data
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Willingness to learn new software and methods
- Excellent command of the English language and strong research skills
Timings: 08 AM – 05 PM
Salary: PKR60,00-PKR100,00 per month
