- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions.
- Cultivate strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, align recruitment efforts with business goals, and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
- Contribute to the enhancement of Cloud Surge’s employer brand, making it an employer of choice within the IT industry.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices to inform recruitment strategies.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of hiring processes and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager in the IT industry.
- In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
