Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing supply chain performance metrics.
- Analyze historical demand patterns, seasonality, trends, etc.
- Evaluate suppliers’ performance.
- Analyze inventory levels, stockouts, excess inventory, and their impact on working capital and operational efficiency.
- Execute material planning annually, quarterly, and monthly based on production or primary sale units.
- Share material plan with procurement team and provide material schedule for procurement process.
- Coordinate closely with other supply chain departments to ensure timely material availability.
- Manage inventory issues and communicate schedule changes and cancellations to the production team due to material availability.
Qualifications:
- BBA / MBA in Supply Chain or equivalent.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
- Strong analytical, critical reasoning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience in supply chain management.
