Job Description
A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for an organization. They collaborate with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates. You will screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and qualifications to determine their fit for the role.
Additionally, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and external recruiting partners. You will negotiate job offers, coordinate the onboarding process, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
The ideal candidate for this position must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to effectively navigate a competitive job market. Prior experience in talent acquisition or human resources is preferred.
