Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Site Incharge, located in Peshawar with flexibility for some remote work. Your key duties include overseeing day-to-day site operations, managing site personnel, motivating team members to ensure efficient workflow, scouting and reporting any potential issues, overseeing inventory management, and conducting site inspections. You will also be responsible for safety checks and policies, maintaining site documentation, coordinating with departmental staff and management, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree in the field of Electronics, Electrical, or Telecommunications
- 6+ years of experience in a similar role in Telecommunications, construction, or engineering industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in motivating and supervising teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
- Adaptability and ability to work remotely as well as onsite
- Knowledge of the latest tools and technologies in the industry and willingness to continuously learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
