Job Description
Position Overview:
As a Junior Technical Product Manager at AlphaSquad, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our technology products. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the entire product development lifecycle. Your focus will be on understanding technical requirements, facilitating communication between development teams, and ensuring the delivery of innovative and high-quality solutions. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the technical team to define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and QA, to facilitate the entire product development lifecycle.
- Collect and prioritize technical requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility for the development team.
- Assist in defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and other documentation for development projects.
- Contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups, ensuring the team stays on track and delivers high-quality products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
- Assist in managing and optimizing technical processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into the product development cycle.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a technical or product management role is a plus.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with agile development practices.
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
