Abacus Consulting is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as SAP B1 Implementation Trainee Consultants. This role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development in the field of SAP Business One.
Job Description:
As an SAP B1 Implementation Trainee Consultant, you will be an integral part of our implementation team, contributing to the successful deployment of SAP Business One solutions for our clients. Working under the guidance of experienced consultants and supervisors, you will be responsible for SAP Business One analysis, documentation, and task completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis of client business processes to understand their requirements
- Collaborate with senior consultants to identify areas for SAP B1 implementation and improvement
- Create comprehensive documentation of client requirements, system configurations, and implementation plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the implementation process
- Execute tasks assigned by the supervisor, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Collaborate with team members to address challenges and find solutions during the implementation phase
- Engage in continuous learning to enhance SAP B1 knowledge and stay abreast of industry best practices
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop expertise in SAP Business One
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Basic understanding of SAP Business One or relevant ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
