Role Description
Work Together is looking for a full-time Business Development Officer to be located at our office in Islamabad. As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining key client relationships, and effectively managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the achievement of company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Development Officer or similar role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage a sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Understanding of market research and analysis
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English and Urdu
- Experience in the HR industry or startup ecosystem is a plus
