Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter at Digital Move IT, located in Lahore. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates. The Technical Recruiter will also assist the HR department with hiring and onboarding processes.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- 1 year of experience in technical recruiting
- Ability to create and execute effective recruitment strategies
- Knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent interviewing skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
