Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning Development Officer. The Learning Development Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with training and development, learning management, communication, training, and instructional design. They will develop and facilitate training sessions for employees, monitor employee progress and provide feedback, work with management to identify areas for improvement, and maintain documentation of training programs.
Qualifications
- Training & Development, Instructional Design, and Training skills
- Experience with Learning Management Systems
- Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Education, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
- Experience with instructional design software and e-learning tools
- Additional certifications in training and development
