Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role of a Client Services Manager, located in Karāchi. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing strategies to improve customer service. The Client Services Manager will also be responsible for analyzing customer data and feedback to make informed decisions about the customer experience.
Requirements
- Customer satisfaction, customer services, communication, and analytical skills are a must-have for this role.
- Ability to identify customer needs and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Experience in managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and resolving customer issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills to analyze customer data and feedback to make informed decisions about the customer experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 1-year experience in the field.
