Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled IT Procurement Specialist to join our team. As an IT Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s IT procurement process.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for IT products and services
- Source and evaluate potential IT vendors
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with suppliers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine IT procurement needs
- Monitor and track IT procurement activities
- Provide regular reports on procurement performance
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT procurement
- Strong knowledge of IT products and services
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Proficient in using procurement software and tools
