Role Description
The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations and management of the Lārkāna branch of U Microfinance Bank Limited. This is a full-time on-site role. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulations, monitoring financial performance, and identifying areas for process improvement to achieve overall branch goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in banking or financial services

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
