Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Faisalabad for a Media Buyer (Performance Marketer) at WebSoftic Advertising Agency. As a Media Buyer (Performance Marketer), you will be responsible for managing and optimizing media buying campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social, programmatic, and native advertising.
You will use data-driven techniques and metrics to continually optimize and improve campaign performance while staying up-to-date with the latest trends in digital advertising to drive growth and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Media Buyer (Performance Marketer) or in digital marketing.
- Expertise in media planning, buying, and optimization across various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Programmatic Advertising platforms (DSP, DMP).
- Experience in data mining and analysis, including an ability to derive insights and troubleshoot issues through data analysis tools including Excel or Google Analytics.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer businesses is a plus.
- Experience with managing large-scale budgets is a plus.
